- Caseback Terminal finds watch listings and estimates what they're worth. We don't sell watches.
- Values are estimates, not appraisals or financial advice. Check every listing and seller before you buy.
- Pro renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time and keep Pro through the period you paid for.
- Some links earn us a commission, at no cost to you.
These terms are an agreement between you and Caseback Terminal ("we", "us") for using casebackterminal.com. By using the site, you accept them.
What the site is
An information service. It collects watch listings from eBay and from dealers and estimates what each watch is worth. We don't sell watches, we aren't a party to any purchase, and we don't inspect, authenticate or guarantee any listing, seller or dealer. Purchases happen on eBay or on the dealer's site, under their terms.
Values are estimates
Values, deal scores, sale prices and price guides are estimates built from public data. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and listings can change or end at any moment. They aren't appraisals, authentication, or financial or investment advice. Deal alerts go out as fast as we can send them, but they can arrive late or not at all. Check the listing, the seller and the watch yourself before you buy.
Your account
You must be at least 13 to use the site, and 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy a membership. You sign in with Google and are responsible for what happens on your account. One person per account.
Pro membership
- Pro is billed in advance through Stripe at the price shown at checkout, and renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
- If a free trial is offered, you won't be charged if you cancel before it ends. After that, it becomes a paid membership.
- Cancel any time from Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Payments aren't refundable for partial periods, except where the law requires. If you were charged by mistake, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
- We'll tell members at least 14 days before a price change, which applies from the next renewal.
- Taxes are added where required.
Fair use
Please don't:
- scrape, crawl or copy the site or its data by automated means;
- resell or republish our data, or use it to build a competing service;
- share your account or get around the membership paywall;
- interfere with the site or probe its security;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Other sites and affiliate links
Listings link to eBay and to dealers. Their terms and privacy policies apply there, and we aren't responsible for their listings, products or conduct. Some links are affiliate links: if you buy, we may earn a commission, at no cost to you. Commissions never change a value or a score, and no one pays to be ranked.
Names and ownership
eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc. Watch brand names, model names and reference numbers belong to their owners. Caseback Terminal isn't affiliated with or endorsed by eBay, any dealer or any watch brand. Listing titles and photos belong to their sellers. The site's design, text and value estimates are ours.
Changes to the service
We may change, pause or stop any part of the site. If we stop offering Pro, we'll refund the unused part of any period you've paid for.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a purchase you make from a seller or dealer. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We'll post changes here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell members by email before it takes effect. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
